Every candidate completes an in-depth interview, identity and right-to-work verification, criminal background checks and a minimum of two verified references before being shortlisted.
How quickly can you place someone?
Urgent placements are often filled within days; most families meet a curated shortlist within one to two weeks of their consultation.
Do you place staff internationally?
Yes. We operate across 25+ countries and routinely support relocations and travelling roles, and advise on the visa process.
What if the placement isn't right?
Every placement includes a replacement guarantee — for 6 months from the date the contract is signed — so you are never left without support.
Is my family's information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Discretion is the foundation of our work; all enquiries are handled under strict confidentiality protocols.
