Everything was fast and easy — several candidates and quick calls with the ones we liked. In the end we made the right choice: the nanny instantly found an approach to our child, despite his attachment to mum and a tricky age (1 year 3 months). She's very positive and active, listens to mum's wishes and is gentle with the baby. She also follows all the essentials: provided her documents, washed her hands, changed into work clothes, fed him only what the parents asked, and sent updates with photos and videos.
